A Medicine Use Review is a consultation with our Pharmacist about your medication and how to get the most out of your medicines.

Your Check-Up checklist

• A free confidential meeting with your Pharmacist
• You can be open, ask questions and share your concerns
• You can find out more about the medicines you are taking
• You can talk through side effect concerns
• You can ask about any over the counter medicines you might be taking
• You will be given an action plan
• Your doctor will get a copy of your action plan

Is a Medicine Use Review for me?

You can ask for a review if you have been getting your prescriptions from Northowram Pharmacy for at least three months and:

• You are regularly taking more than one prescription medicine
• You are taking medicines for long-term conditions ( like asthma, high blood pressure, etc.)

REMEMBER – You can ask your Pharmacist questions at any time; if you have an urgent problem with your medicine, tell your Pharmacist or Doctor immediately.
